Yield:
1
Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
2 bn fresh spinach
butter
1 pkt French onion soup mix (I like Knorr)
1/3 x less fat cream cheese
Instructions:
Instructions: Clean and chop the spinach somewhat, (or thaw and squeeze all the moisture out) Saute in a few Tbsp of butter to your liking, in a large skillet or pot.

After cooking it down, remove from the stove and stir in one package of French onion soup mix (I like Knorr) then add a large package of 1/3 less fat cream cheese to that. Mix well.

Now, I used the "Vip" (little pastry shells) Theyre about 2" and a perfect size, not too small not too big. Fill shells to about 2/3 and place in a preheated oven at 350 deg. (my oven tends to be hot so be careful) It took about 30-35 minutes before they browned, please use your judgment.

These were so awesome, some of the guests took them home. I had some for breakfast and they heated up nicely in the microwave too.
