900 gm	spinach washed and tough stalks removed
3 tbl	extra virgin olive oil
	sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instructions:

Instructions: Heat the oil in a large saucepan with a lid.

Put the wet spinach into the oil season with salt and pepper stir once and cover tightly with the lid for about a minute.

Squeeze over the lemon juice and serve.

Serves 6
