Instructions: Cook Brussels sprouts as directed on package, drain, and keep warm.
Fry bacon until crisp, drain on paper towel, and crumble. Pour off bacon fat reserving enough to saute onion. Saute onion until tender and, using a strainer, drain off all excess fat. Blend onion, crumbled bacon, salt and Tabasco sauce with sour cream. Pour over sprouts. Reduce heat to low and stir lightly until well mixed. DO NOT BOIL. Place in serving dish and sprinkle with paprika. Serves 4 - 6. Email this Recipe:
