1 x	4-5 lb. rolled rib roast
2 tsp	Seasoned salt
1 tsp	Salt
4 x	Cloves fresh garlic, minced
1/2 tsp	Onion salt
1/2 tsp	Coarse black pepper
1/4 tsp	Ginger

Instructions:

Instructions: Trim off most of the outside fat from roast. Combine seasonings and rub into all surfaces of the roast. Place on spit, 5 to 6 inches from coals, and cook 1 1/2 hours or until desired degree of doneness.
