Ingredients:

1 cup Dried green split peas
1/2 cup Tahini
1 tbl Olive oil
1/3 cup Lemon juice
2 x Garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp Dried mint
Instructions:
Instructions: Cook the split peas in 3 cups of water for 45 to 60 minutes on the stovetop, or 8 to 12 minutes in a pressure cooker.

Place all ingredietns in a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy, adding enough water to achieve desired consistency.

Yields: 2 1/2
cups.

Serve at room temperature.
