2 tsp Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbl Butter Or Margarine
1 x Clove Garlic Minced
1 sm Red Onion Chopped
2 cup Fresh Asparagus
Cut At A Diagonal Into One-Inch Pieces
2 cup Linguine Cooked Al Dente
1/3 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Instructions:
Instructions: 1. Heat oil and butter or margarine in a saute pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and onion. Cook for about 2 minutes, until slightly softened.

2. Add asparagus and cook until fork tender, about 4 to 5 minutes.

3. Add asparagus mixture to pasta and toss. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese while warm, and serve immediately.

Cook time: 10 minutes
Serves: 4
