Instructions: Pliable white rice flour dough sheets which are usually sold frozen in packs of 12 20 pieces. Used to wrap fried foods they turn very crisp when fried. Keep damp during use by covering with a slightly moistened cloth. Store unused wrappers well wrapped in plastic in the freezer.
