Instructions: Beat eggs until lemon coloured - about 5 minutes.
Beat Sugar into eggs about 2 TBSP at a time. Stir in flour and remaining dry ingredients Refrigerate over night. Roll our 1/4 inch thick. Cut into squares, bake at 300 approximately 10 - 15 minutes. Do not allow to brown. Although the bottoms may brown slightly. Cool and store in air tight containers. These cookies get hard very easily if not stored in an airtight container. Email this Recipe:
