4 x Eggs
2 cup Sugar
4 cup All-Purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Beat eggs until lemon coloured - about 5 minutes.

Beat Sugar into eggs about 2 TBSP at a time.

Stir in flour and remaining dry ingredients

Refrigerate over night.

Roll our 1/4 inch thick. Cut into squares, bake at 300 approximately 10 - 15 minutes. Do not allow to brown. Although the bottoms may brown slightly.

Cool and store in air tight containers.

These cookies get hard very easily if not stored in an airtight container.
