1/2 lb	Potatoes, new, small
1/2 tbl	Green onion, chopped
2 tbl	Radishes, sliced
	Pepper, dash
1/2 cup	Cucumber, chopped
2 tbl	Green pepper, chopped
1 tsp	Salt

Instructions:

Instructions: Wash and scrape potatoes; cook until tender in boiling, salted water; drain. Combine remaining ingredients. Heat, but do not boil. Pour sour cream mixture over hot potatoes.
