Instructions: Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Immediately add hot water, lemon juice, and sugar. Cool and add Sprite. Place in refrigerator. When it begins to jell add red grapes and pineapple chunks. Enough for large Tupperware jello mold.

Topping:
Blend the pineapple juice with:
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
2 tablespoons butter

Cook until thickened. Cool and add 1 cup whipped topping.
