Instructions: CUT tomato into bite-sized pieces. Combine rice and green gram sprouts. Mix tomato and grated coconut. Add curry powder and salt. Fold into the rice and sprout mixture. Spread on a salad dish. Sprinkle chopped spring onions and cashewnuts over the mixture. Garnish with cauliflower flowerettes.
