Amount	Ingredient
3 x	Or 4 zucchini (or yellow summer squash) sliced
1 cup	Whole kernel corn
1/3 x	Onion, chopped
1 x	Jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix above ingredients and cook (or steam) until tender. Drain and top with: 3/4 cup grated cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese. Bake about 10 minutes at 350 .
