1/2 cup	skim milk
2 x	eggs
2 cup	squash cooked
1 tbl	brown sugar

Instructions:

Instructions: Mash the squash, add milk, sugar, seasonings and beaten egg yolks. Beat egg whites and fold in. Place in baking dish and dot with marshmallows.

NOTES : This is a great vegetable dish for the holidays.
