2 tbl extra-virgin olive oil
1 sm , thinly sliced yellow squash
1 sm , thinly sliced zucchini
Salt and freshly ground pepper
1 x 10- to 12 inch prepared pizza crust
1 cup (4 ounces) chopped walnuts
1/2 cup fresh sage leaves, finely chopped, or 2 teaspoons dried
1 pkt (8 ounces) shredded Italian cheese blend (see Note)
Instructions:
Instructions: In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil. Cook squash and zucchini until limp, about 3 minutes. Season vegetables with salt and pepper. Remove from pan; pat dry.

Brush remaining tablespoon oil on pizza crust. Top with squash slices, walnuts and sage. Top with cheese.

Bake pizza according to crust directions, 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven; cool 5 minutes.

Note: Crumbled blue cheese may be used instead of the Italian cheeses.
