Instructions: In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil. Cook squash and zucchini until limp, about 3 minutes. Season vegetables with salt and pepper. Remove from pan; pat dry.
Brush remaining tablespoon oil on pizza crust. Top with squash slices, walnuts and sage. Top with cheese. Bake pizza according to crust directions, 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven; cool 5 minutes. Note: Crumbled blue cheese may be used instead of the Italian cheeses. Email this Recipe:
