Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
2 cup Cooked squash or eggplant
1/2 cup Herb seasoned stuffing
1 x Carrot, grated
1 x Onion, chopped
1 can Cream of chicken soup
1 stk butter, melted
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix 2 cups stuffing with rest of ingredients. Salt & pepper to taste. Put into greased casserole & top with remaining stuffing. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes. (Good for the freezer.)

Serves 12 people.
