Instructions: Shred cabbage and steam for 5 minutes. Drain. Combine milk, flour and butter to make roux/white sauce. Add salt, pepper & Tabasco. In buttered casserole, layer cabbage, then cheese, repeating as necessary. Pour white sauce over all and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
