Instructions: Wash squid thoroughly. Cut into 1/2" rings or pieces about 1" square. saute squid in hot oil for 1 minutes. Add parsley, onions, garlic, and basil.
Cook for about 5 minutes. Add wine. Civer and simmer for 5 more minutes. Add tomatoes and cook for 1/2 hour or until squid is tender. Add more water as needed, while cooking. Email this Recipe:
