Instructions: Place squirrel halves in crockpot. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl and pour over meat. Cover and cook on low heat for 7 to 8 hours. To thicken gravy, use either flour or cornstarch mixed with water. Cook on high until thickened.

Allow 1 squirrel per person.
