----------------- CABBAGE WITH COCONUT ----------------
200 gm Cabbage
50 gm Onion
1 x Chile, fresh
1/2 tsp Salt
25 ml -water
50 gm Coconut, grated
1/4 tsp Pepper, black
1/2 tsp Turmeric
Instructions:
Instructions: Wash and shred the cabbage and place in a pan. Chop onion and chile and add to the cabbage. salt and water and cook for 5 minutes. Stir, then add the coconut, pepper and turmeric and cook for a further 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle with lime juice prior to Serving.
