Instructions: Combine all ingredients. Marinate boneless breasts for 12 hrs. Remove from marinade and grill chicken until done. To serve, sprinkle generously with Monterey Jack cheese and a slice of bacon that has been cooked to the rare stage. Slide chicken under broiler to melt cheese and crisp bacon. Serve on a bed or rice. 4 to 6 servings.
