Instructions: Mix together margarine, flour and nuts; pat in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes. Mix together cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip; pour over crust. Mix instant chocolate pudding for pie and pour over above. Top with more Cool Whip. Grate chilled Hershey bars over top.
