Instructions: Dissolve each pack jello completely in 1 cup boiling water in separate bowls. Stir in 1/2 cup cold water into each bowl of jello. Pour each mixture into separate 8" square pans. Refrigerate until firm, at least three hours. Cut each pan into 1/2" cubes. Spoon blue cubes evenly into 8 dessert dishes; cover with topping. Top with red cubes.
