Instructions: Cream together cream cheese, 1/2 cup shortening or margarine and vanilla. Alternately beat in powdered sugar and water. Blend in melted chocolate. Remove 2 cups for frosting, cover and refrigerate. Cream together remaining chocolate mixture and 1/4 cup shortening or margarine. Add eggs and beat well. Sift together the flour, baking soda and salt. Beat into creamed mixture alternately with the milk.
