Ingredients:

1/2 tbl Vegetable oil
1 med Onion -- chopped
3 med Garlic cloves -- crushed
2 lb Lean ground beef
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black pepper
2 x Eggs -- beaten
3/4 cup V-8 juice
1/2 cup Fresh parsley -- chopped
1 tbl Bottled Caribbean-style
Sauce such as Hellfire &
Damnation Hot Sauce
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 . Heat the oil in a skillet and saute onion until translucent, about 5 mins. Add garlic and saute one minute. Transfer the onion and garlic into a lg. mixing bowl and add the beef, salt, black pepper, eggs, juice, parsley, and sauce. Mix well. Oil a 12"x8"x2" pan and pour in mixture, molding it into a loaf. Sprinkle the top w/breadcrumbs and bake for on hour.
