1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup cornmeal
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 tbl sugar
2 tbl honey
2 tbl margarine, softened
1 x egg beaten
1 cup cooked squash or pumpkin
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine flour, cornmeal, baking powder, baking soda and sugar in a bowl. Stir in honey. Beat margarine, egg, squash and milk in small bowl. Pour into dry ingredients, stirring until mixed. Spoon into greased muffin cups. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
