Ingredients:

1/4 cup Rum
1 tbl Shallots, chopped
4 tbl Butter or margarine
1 tbl Parsley, chopped
2 tsp Lime juice
1/2 tsp Tabasco pepper sauce
Instructions:
Instructions: In saucepan, combine rum and shallots; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 2 minutes. Stir in butter, parsley, lime juice and tabasco sauce. Brush steaks with rum butter. Grill or broil 6" from heat. Cook about 8 minutes, turning steak once. Brush with rum butter occasionally. Heat any remaining rum butter to boil and serve with steaks. Serve with additional tabasco sauce if desired.
