Instructions: Sprinkle the steak with salt and pepper. Place under the broiler for about 6 minutes on each side, or until cooked to desired degree of doneness. Let stand 5 minutes, then cut across on the diagonal (grain) into very thin strips.
Meanwhile, combine the mayonnaise, yogurt and horseradish in a bowl. Toss the steak with the dressing. Make each sandwich with 1/4 of the meat, a slice of tomato and a lettuce leaf.
