Lily bulb, sliced
1 lb Ground beef
1/4 cup Capers, chopped
1 tbl Chopped onions
3 tbl Heinz chili sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbl Dijon mustard
2 tbl Lemon juice
2 tbl Chopped herbs
1 tbl Olive oil
Cayenne pepper, to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: Fry the lily bulb slices in oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

Combine the ground beef, capers, onions, chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, lemon juice, herbs, olive oil, and salt and pepper. Mix well.

Serve on ficelle toast, with one lily bulb slice as garnish.
