2/3 cup tomato juice
1/4 cup red wine or purple grape juice
1 dsh Worcestershire sauce
----------------- FOR CHICKEN OR PORK ----------------
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup pineapple juice
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix ingredients for each marinade and use to marinate steaks or chicken or pork up to 24 hours in the refrigerator.
