Instructions: Mix salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder with flour and put into a gallon zip-lock. Put one 1/4 steak at a time into bag, shake and coat thoroughly. Saute in large skillet in margarine for 5 minutes. Add onion and mushrooms. Cook another 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Simmer 45 minutes.
