Instructions: Marinade the steaks in the oyster sauce for an hour or so then cook on a high heat (in a very hot frying pan with a little oil) for 4 to 5 minutes turning once until medium rare.
Remove and rest for 5 minutes. Shake together the oil horseradish vinegar salt and pepper in a screwtop jar and pour over the salad leaves and peppers. Pile some salad onto each plate. Cut the steaks diagonally into thick slices and place on top of the leaves. Top with an oyster in its shell. Serves 4 Email this Recipe:
