1 jar Ragu Italian Cooking Sauce
3 lb London Broil steak
2 med green peppers
Oil
Preheat broiler.
Cut steak in 3/8" thick slices.
Cut peppers into thin strips.
Saute peppers in oil until tender.
Add Ragu sauce. Simmer 10 minutes.
Broil steak slices 3 minutes on each side.
