Instructions: Rub steak on both sides with garlic. Cut into serving portions, and dredge with flour. Heat oil in a skillet, and brown steaks on both sides. Season meat with salt and pepper, and place in crock pot. Saute onions in skillet and pour over meat, along with tomato sauce and beer. Cover and cook at low for 6 to 8 hours.
