Instructions: Start grill. While it is heating, rub steaks with pepper.
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter with bleu cheese and garlic, about 5 minutes. While that is melting, chop green onions and wash and slice mushrooms. Stir sauce until smooth and fold in onions and mushrooms. Cook just until mushrooms soften, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Cover and keep warm while steaks cook. To cook steaks, place on hot grill and cook until well-seared, about 7 minutes for a steak 1 1/2-inches thick. Flip and cook for about another 5. (While steak is cooking, you can husk the corn and slice melon). Place each steak on a plate and top with about 1/4 cup sauce. This recipe yields 8 servings. Email this Recipe:
