Instructions: Brush the steaks with oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Lightly oil the base of a frying pan and place over moderate heat. When hot add the steaks and fry quickly for 2 minutes on each side. Spread the steaks with the sauce cover the pan and cook over low heat for 5 to 10 minutes until tender. Transfer to a warmed serving dish garnish with herbs and serve immediately.
