1/2 cup Soy sauce
1/2 cup Cooking oil
1/2 cup Peach or pineapple juice
1 tsp Ginger
1/8 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 lb Round steak, cut in 1/4-inch strips
Canned peach slices
Pineapple chunks
Cherries
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine soy sauce, oil, juice, ginger and garlic powder and pour over steak strips, coating both sides. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.

Thread steak strips on skewers, accordian style, with peaches, pineapple and cherries between strips. Brush with marinade and broil 3 to 4 inches from heat for 3 minutes. Turn, brush with marinade, and broil 3 or 4 minutes longer. Serve on a bed of rice.

Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
