Instructions: In a small bowl mix all ingredients except steak; blend thoroughly to make a paste. Rub evenly into all surfaces of steak. Wrap loosely in plastic and refrigerate 4 to 8 hours if time permits.
Grill or broil steak to desired doneness. To serve, slice thinly or serve the individual steaks. I also use this as kabobs (cut meat in cubes) with vegetables of your choice using these brush on butters: Herb butter 1/2 butter or margarine softened 1/2 tsp. ground oregano or basil leaves 1/4 tsp. black pepper Melt butter in microwave and add herbs. Brush on veggies as they are grilling. Or if you like it even hotter... Chili butter 1/2 cup butter or margarine softened 1 tsp. chili powder 1/4 tsp. ground cumin Melt butter in microwave and add chili and cumin. Brush on veggies as they are grilling.
