Instructions: Place Swiss chard on heatproof dish or directly on steamer rack over boiling water; season chard with salt and pepper. Arrange pollock on chard, sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Place a lemon slice and tomato slice on each portion; sprinkle with basil. Return water to boil; steam about 10 minutes or until chard is tender and fish flakes when tested with a fork. This recipe yields 4 servings. Email this Recipe:
