Instructions: Combine the water, rice, clove, and bay leaf in a small saucepan. Cover and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Reduce the heat and simmer until done. Remove the bay leaf and clove. Stir in the paprika and parsley to serve. This recipe yields 2 servings. Serving size: 1/2 recipe.
