1 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed and washed
2 tsp fresh thyme chopped
1 tbl balsamic vinegar
Instructions:
Instructions: Steam the Brussels sprouts in a steamer, over a large pot of boiling water until tender, about 10 to 12 minutes. Cut in half and transfer to a bowl.

Add the thyme, vinegar and pepper, toss to coat and serve.

KitpatH: Microwave trimmed sprouts for about 5 to 7 minutes on high, covered with a tablespoon or two of water.
