Ingredients:

1/4 lb fresh semi-hot green chili
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbl flour
1 tsp Korean sesame oil
Instructions:
Instructions: Toss the chili, salt and flour together. Put them on a heatproof dish and steam in a Chinese-style steamer for about 20 minutes, or until quite tender.

Cool the chili, then toss with the sesame oil and seeds.

Serve at room temperature as a side dish with other Korean food.

This recipe yields 6 servings.
