Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1/2 lb cabbage shredded and chopped
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 lb ground pork or veal
1 tbl grated fresh ginger
1/2 cup minced green onions
2 tbl soy sauce
1 tsp sherry
2 tbl oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 x 12 ounce package Won Ton skins
----------------- Dipping Sauce: ----------------
1 tbl grated fresh ginger
2 x green onions minced
1 x clove garlic minced
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbl vinegar
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix all ingredients, except Won Tons, in a large mixing bowl.

Place 1 tablespoon of the mixture on each Won Ton skin. Moisten the four corners of the Won Tons with your fingertips and squeeze together to form packages.

Steam Won Tons for 10 minutes. Serve immediately with sauce.

To prepare sauce, combine all ingredients and chill for 30 minutes.

Serves 8 - 10.

NOTES : To make "pot stickers," simply brown bottoms of steamed dumplings in a skillet with hot oil for a few minutes.
