40 gm black bean
40 gm spring onions (chopped)
40 gm garlic (diced)
40 gm soya sauce
40 gm thick soya sauce
50 gm sugar
60 gm water
10 gm corn starch
10 gm sesame oil
10 gm red chilli (diced)

Clean the cod fish (ngan shuet yue) and cut into pieces. Place on a plate.

Mix ingredients for sauce and spread it on the fish. Steam the fish for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
