Instructions: Place all the ingredients except the wonton skins, egg white and garnish in a blender or food processor and process to form a firm mixture. Divide into 12 portions.
Place a portion of filling in the center of each wonton skin and lightly brush the edges of the wonton skin with egg white. Fold over to form crescent shapes and crimp edges to seal. Bring a wok or large saucepan of water to a boil, arrange dumplings on a layer of parchment paper in a steamer and place over water. Cover and steam 10 minutes or until cooked through. Garnish with chives and serve on a bed of sliced lotus root and red bell pepper. Email this Recipe:
