Instructions: Dissolve cornflour in orange juice.
Finely slice spring onions. Blend together all sauce ingredients and place in a saucepan. Simmer, stirring, until sauce boils and thickens. Steam fish for about 8 minutes, until flesh is white and flakes. Pour ginger sauce over fish. Garnish with coriander and serve with brown rice. Email this Recipe:
