Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 kg fish fillets
----------------- Ginger sauce: ----------------
2 tsp ginger, crushed
1 tsp vinegar, white
2 tbl soy sauce
1 tbl Thai fish sauce
2 tsp garlic, crushed
4 x spring onions
2 tsp cornflour
1 tbl coriander
Instructions:
Instructions: Dissolve cornflour in orange juice.

Finely slice spring onions.

Blend together all sauce ingredients and place in a saucepan. Simmer, stirring, until sauce boils and thickens.

Steam fish for about 8 minutes, until flesh is white and flakes.

Pour ginger sauce over fish.

Garnish with coriander and serve with brown rice.
