Instructions: Mix all the ingredients except the raisins and the extra ghee.
Grease a deep dish with the extra ghee sprinkle the base with the raisins and pour in the mixture. Cover the dish with greaseproof paper and tie down to seal. Steam the pudding for 15 minutes or until a knife inserted into the centre comes out clean. Cool slightly and cut into squares. Serve warm.
