Instructions: Place salmon fillet on bamboo steamer rack. Place rack in wok over boiling water. Cover and steam for 10 to 12 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork. Mix remaining ingredients together in a small bowl. When salmon is done, remove to a serving platter and top with relish.
