1 lb fresh soybeans
or 12 ounces frozen soybeans
Kosher or sea salt
Instructions:
Instructions: In a pot of boiling water, add the soybeans, and cook until bright green, about 5 minutes. Drain and refresh in cold water. Sprinkle with salt, and serve with rice crackers.

Makes 4 servings.
