Instructions: Fill a large pot with 2 inches of water. Bring to a boil over high heat.
Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, whisk eggs with milk. Whisk in sugar and vanilla extract. Evenly divide bananas among six (8-ounce) oven-proof bowls or ramekins. Pour custard evenly over bananas. Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon. Cover each bowl with foil. Place in a steamer basket. Remove pot of boiling water from heat and carefully place steamer basket in water. Return pot to heat and return to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 25 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Email this Recipe:
