Instructions: Steam vegetables until less than crisp-tender, or microwave in pressure cooker. Set aside.
Combine sauce ingredients, and bring to boil until until thickened. If using steamed veggies vs stir-fried veggies, combine sauce and vegetables. Otherwise, thicken sauce within stir-fried veggies. Serve either way over a bed of basmati rice. Email this Recipe:
