1 cup Chicken Broth
1/4 cup Oyster Sauce
2 tbl Cornstarch
Veggies
1 lb Carrots Pieces
1/4 lb Broccoli pieces
1/4 lb Cauliflower pieces
Instructions:
Instructions: Steam vegetables until less than crisp-tender, or microwave in pressure cooker. Set aside.

Combine sauce ingredients, and bring to boil until until thickened. If using steamed veggies vs stir-fried veggies, combine sauce and vegetables.

Otherwise, thicken sauce within stir-fried veggies. Serve either way over a bed of basmati rice.
